Madelyn Bourland is the co-founder and COO of Voyage Auctions, LLC, a luxury real estate auction company. Madelyn is a second-generation auctioneer, growing up in her family’s auction business. After attending Millsaps College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, she went on to play an integral role in building the Charleston, SC office of Pearce & Associates Auction Company. Madelyn has a passion for the auction methodology, seeing it provide life-changing results for clients from a young age.
