Alex Bourland is the co-founder and President of Voyage Auctions, LLC, a luxury real estate auction company. Alex is a licensed real estate broker and professional auctioneer known for his dedication and creative approach to real estate and the auction method of marketing. He has spent the past five years building Pearce & Associates Auction Company in Charleston, SC. Pearce & Associates has grown significantly and still serves the South Carolina estate, business liquidation, and collector car markets. During his time building Pearce & Associates, Alex has become passionate about the effectiveness of the auction methodology, especially in the luxury real estate market. Alex attended Millsaps College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology and minoring in both Chemistry and Business. He then attended the Else School of Business, where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA). Alex serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Auctioneers Association and MarkNet Alliance.
