Madelyn Bourland is the Co-Founder and CMO of Voyage Auctions, LLC, a luxury real estate auction company specializing in distinctive and high-value properties. A second-generation auctioneer, Madelyn grew up immersed in the auction industry through her family’s business, developing an early appreciation for the auction method and the results it can create for clients.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millsaps College, Madelyn played an integral role in the growth of the Charleston, South Carolina office of Pearce & Associates Auction Company. Through her experience in marketing, operations, and client relations, she has helped oversee the successful sale of a wide range of assets throughout the Southeast.
Madelyn is passionate about bringing a modern, client-focused approach to luxury real estate auctions, combining strategic marketing, national exposure, and a defined timeline to create competitive opportunities for buyers and sellers alike.
